Design & Implementation
Delivered our Managed Desktop Service which includes:
- Sophos Endpoint Security
- Sophos Web Security
- Sophos Device Encryption (using Windows BitLocker)
- Daily security checks with remediation of security alerts
- Multi-factor authentication for Office365 services
- Secure remote access using SonicWall SMA appliance with MFA security

The Technical Part
We have implemented on-premise Windows servers to provide file/print and remote access services for ESH. Email services are provided by Office365. We deployed multi-factor authentication from the Azure platform to ensure secure access to Office365 and enable secure remote access both using the Microsoft Authenticator app.
